Outdoor Merchandise Vendor
– No electrical is provided on site. Vendors are responsible for their own tent with weights and tables, displays etc for their product.
Vendor location is up to the discretion of the Beacons Furry FUNdation Society events committee.
Outdoor Food Truck Vendor
– Vendors are responsible for their own generator for powering of their truck.

VENDOR AGREEMENT:
Please note for all vendors
a) All food items to be sold, if any, must be listed on your application.
b) No political or religous groups permitted.
c) Items to be sold are subject to the approval of Beacons Furry FUNdation Society.
d) Cancellation Fee: Any cancellations after February 15 will have their vendors fees held and non-refundable. Any cancellations prior to February 15 will receive a 50% refund.
e) Vendor business name must be displayed at the booth for ease of directing the public.
f) Prices/products must be prominently displayed and cannot be altered during dates of event.
g) Vendor must be open and staffed for the duration of the Beacon & Friends Easter Eggstravaganza & Spring Market
(“Market”). Failure to comply will result in disqualification from future Markets.
h) All vendors are responsible for removing all goods and materials from the booth after the event each day and leaving the space in a clean and orderly state.
i) It is the responsibility of the vendor to vacate the space only after cleaning of same is completed. Failure to comply will result in further payment by the vendor of any clean up costs incurred by Beacons Furry FUNdation Society.
j) All vendors must meet and comply with regulations and will be potentially inspected at the event by the Fire Department, and
Regional Public Health Department.
k) I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE Beacons Furry FUNdation Society from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of my participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of Beacons Furry FUNdation Society or otherwise.
l) It is recommended that you the vendor carries a minimum $2M Commercial General Liability & Professional Liability
Insurance. Upon approval and acceptance of being a vendor I will provide Beacons Furry FUNdation Society with a
Certificate of Insurance listing Beacons Furry FUNdation Society as a Certificate Holder and Additional Insured. If I have any questions or insurance recommendations I can reach out to Beacons Furry FUNdation Society.
I understand that this insurance coverage is to protect myself and my business and it is my choice whether I am covered or not.
I understand that if I decide to not carry insurance that I am not protected under Beacons Furry FUNdation Society’s insurance and I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE Beacons Furry FUNdation Society from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence of Beacons Furry FUNdation Society, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or any other damage or actions of any kind which may affect or impact me in any way arising from this event.
m) Behaviour and activities that obstruct or hinder the rights of others to enjoy the event is unacceptable and prohibited, include but are not limited to: creating a disturbance, display or using profanity/obscene language directed at/or disturbing to others, and causing unsafe conditions.
n) By completing the Vendor Application Form, all vendors participating in the Market grant permission to Beacons Furry
FUNdation Society committee to use product, photographs, website, information and any promotional material whether in print or electronic form (“media”) without further consideration. Such media may be used by Beacons Furry FUNdation Society committee in such mediums as newsletters, brochures, including Beacons Furry FUNdation Society committee websites, and in submissions to the local papers for publicity purposes. All vendors must sign an acceptance of TERMS AND CONDITIONS form.
I acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to the terms of this Vendor Application Form. Further, the personal information collected herein will be used only for the purposes for which you have agreed to as part of this application and will be protected in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA).
I understand that Beacons Furry FUNdation Society committee reserves the right to administer and facilitate the vendor
selection process and to limit the number of vendors in it sole and absolute discretion. I understand that by clicking the submit button below I agree to all terms and conditions above.
