    Main Location: Our Redeemer Lutheran Church – 3637 Brown Road, West Kelowna, BC
    Assumption of Risk
    I understand that participation in the Beacon & Friends Egg-mazing Race involves physical activity including walking, light running, outdoor movement, and participation in challenge-based activities.
    I acknowledge that participation may involve risks including, but not limited to:
    • Slips, trips, or falls
    • Minor injuries
    • Weather-related conditions
    • Interaction with other participants
    I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

    Release of Liability
    In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless:
    • Beacon's Family FUNdation Society
    • City of West Kelowna
    • Event volunteers
    • Our Redeemer Lutheran Church
    • Sponsors and partners
    from any and all claims, liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the event.

    Medical Authorization
    In the event of an emergency, I authorize event organizers to secure medical treatment deemed necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.

    Photography & Media Release
    I grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials.

    Code of Conduct
    Participants agree to:
    • Follow event rules and instructions
    • Show respect to volunteers and other teams
    • Supervise children at all times
    • Follow all safety guidelines
    Failure to follow rules may result in removal from the event.

    Parent / Guardian Consent (Required for Participants Under 18)
    I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant(s) listed above and agree to all terms of this waiver on their behalf.
