Corinne "Cori" Inman
President & Founder

Cori is the founder and heart behind Beacon’s Family FUNdation Society, dedicated to helping children learn, grow, and thrive through creative arts programs. With a passion for inclusion and community, she creates inspiring spaces where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to explore their creativity.

Cori struggled with social anxiety and bullying when she was young, being raised by a single parent herself and art was the heart of what pulled her through. Cori wanted to turn her childhood struggles into a way to help children struggling in similar ways today.

Krystal Rose
Vice President

Krystal is a single mom of 3 girls, who first learned about Beacon's Family FUNdation Society in 2023 when her eldest 2 girls started attending Beacon's Buddies Art Club. Since then her eldest has aged out and her youngest has now joined the after school art program and camps. Seeing and benefiting from the programs of Beacon's Family FUNdation Society has made Krystal want to join the board and pay it forward to other single moms in need.

​Krystal resides in West Kelowna owning her own business helping senior in our community stay in their homes with Home Heart Health.

Sandra "Sandi" McLeod-Hill
Director at Large

Sandi formerly lived in Penticton and presently lives in Winnipeg but loves the mission of Beacon's Family FUNdation Society and being on the board standing in for her sister while on medical leave.

Jennifer Madsen
Vice President

Jennifer is the co-owner of Oyama Zipline & Adventure Park in Lake Country and has known Cori for over 10 years and been helping Beacon's Family FUNdation Society with a summer camp experience for 3 years now, as well as was part of the Fur-mazing Race in 2023.

​When asked about joining the board Jennifer was eager to accept, without hesitation, as she loves what Beacon's Family FUNdation Society does for children and families in the region.

Alison Rose
Treasurer

Alison first learned about Beacon's Family FUNdation Society in 2021 when she was a vendor at one of their fundraising events and loved their mission to help families and children in the region through Art and joined the board in 2022 as the trasurer.

Alison owns her own business Barefoot Business Solutions offering accounting services to local businesses.
