    How will you be joining us this season?
    Full season is 9 Markets total. Vendors are required to submit full payment within 48 hours of acceptance. Selected dates are confirmed once payment has been received.

    Instalment plans are made in two payments, first upon 48 hours of acceptance, second due by July 31st.
    AGREEMENTS
    • I understand payment is due within 48 hours of acceptance, all prices listed are plus applicable taxes and failure to remit will result in release of the space.
    • I understand vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • I understand submission does not guarantee acceptance.
    • I agree to provide 72 hours notice if unable to attend a scheduled market.
    • I understand $2,000,000 liability insurance is required upon acceptance.
    • I agree to review and follow all market policies and event guidelines as set out in the terms and conditions, which can be found at beaconsfamilyfundation.org.

    VENDOR ONBOARDING FEEI understand that a one-time $25 Vendor Onboarding Fee applies to all accepted vendors and covers onboarding and administrative coordination.

    By signing below, I confirm all information provided is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge and I agree to all of the above agreements.
